We stayed at Tirol in Bariloche and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located with comfortable lakeview rooms. The hosts were extremely friendly and helped us with car rental and organizing tours. They even assisted us in contacting remote hotels that we couldn't reach ourselves. We appreciated the option to store our luggage while on an excursion. Returning to the hotel was a welcoming experience, with a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere close to the city center.

The host Cristina and her husband were helpful, pleasant and friendly. Their recommendations were always excellent. The hotel was in an excellent location - close to the town, close to buses for hikes and of course, had an amazing view of the lake. The room was comfotable and clean and had a cosy and intimate feel (despite having quite a few rooms) which is a much nicer experience rather than a sterile big hotel. Will definitely return.

It is well located with a good view of the mountains and the lake. It's a simple hotel, but very fair price.

I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was charming and reminded me of a mountain cabin, which made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the reception and the breakfast room, were easily accessible for senior people like myself. It was nice to be able to navigate the hotel without any difficulties.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could have provided more assistance with carrying my luggage to my room.

The breakfast is satisfactory, and the location is unbeatable very close to the pedestrian street in the city center, and the historic center of Bariloche. The room is terrific and attractive, that is important to us.

The hotel was spotless and ideal, had world class views of lake and mountains. The staff was extremely helpful and hugely helpful during our whole stay. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room, liked that. The location was perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Tresor Casino.

Location: the hotel was really close to the stores, and both lakeside and town. We were in the a double room with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Bariloche. The room was comfortable and exactly as advertised. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me book tours. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The location was excellent, within walking distance of everything downtown. And the view of the lake and mountains from the breakfast area was stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location, two blocks away from the center of town. Cute, clean room, basic facilities but adequate and well maintained. Extremely friendly and helpful owners (fluent in english) went out of their way to recommend and plan excursions, answer questions etc. They really made my trip a great experience. I will definitely be back!

It is conveniently located in the center of Bariloche, just a short distance from shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are in good condition, with comfortable double beds and a great shower. The breakfast included in the price has several options to choose from, served with nice views.

The views from the room were breathtaking, a perfect start to the new year. The breakfast had a great variety of options including yogurts, cereals, and delicious pastries. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the nearby streets and attractions.

The room size was a bit on the small side, but we didn't spend much time in it anyway. The wifi wasn't the best, but we were able to connect most of the time.
